Volt has contingent-to-hire opportunities in Allen, TX for you. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Answer incoming instant messages, telephone calls, and emails from members regarding questions and problems related to their insurance plans.

Handle instant messages, calls, and email requests efficiently and in a timely and professional manner.

Return all emails, instant messages, voicemails, and call messages within a timely manner or the same business day. Perform data entry for applications, cancellations, call notes, etc. Maintain detailed notes in member records on the system regarding call inquiries, eligibility requests, issues, and their resolutions.

The hours are Monday-Thursday 8 AM-5 PM and Friday 8 AM- 4 PM.Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Must have recent experience with chat/text.

Must have stable work history, for example, must have been employed at current or previous employer for at least 1 year.

Must be highly organized and motivated and be able to effectively handle substantial work flow in a fast-paced environment.

Must have 1 year of recent experience working in a call center environment.

Prior experience and/or working knowledge of insurance industry products and practices, especially in the limited health insurance market is a must.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services, including customer inquiry and information requests and complaint resolution.

Ability to analyze situations and make technical, administrative and procedural judgments and decisions with minimum supervision.

Working knowledge of computer hardware, software and systems and the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel).

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
